Screenings
A speech screening is a quick and informal check to see if your child’s speech, language, or communication development is on track for their age. It helps identify indica that might suggest the need for further evaluation. Screenings are short and designed to be gentle and supportive, giving you peace of mind or guiding the next steps if needed.
Speech and Language Therapy
Therapy sessions are one-on-one and goal-focused, targeting your child’s specific communication challenges—whether it's speech sound production, understanding and using language, or building social communication skills. Sessions are engaging and play-based to keep your child motivated while making steady progress. We work collaboratively with families to ensure therapy carries over into everyday life.
Advocacy
Navigating the school system or medical services can be overwhelming. Advocacy support helps you understand your child’s rights, access the services they’re entitled to, and communicate effectively with educators or other professionals. We can help review IEPs, attend meetings, and guide you through the process so you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Comprehensive Evaluation
A comprehensive speech and language evaluation involves a detailed assessment of how your child understands and uses language, pronounces sounds, interacts socially, and more. Using a mix of observations, standardized tests, and parent input, we gain a full picture of your child’s strengths and areas that may need support. This evaluation leads to a personalized plan and recommendations tailored to your child’s unique needs.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching empowers you with tools and strategies to support your child’s communication at home. Whether during or outside of therapy, these sessions help you understand how to embed language-building activities into daily routines, respond to your child’s needs more effectively, and feel confident as your child’s most important communication partner.
